The Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) is a non-profit organization that works to drive large-scale change in the cotton industry by helping cotton farmers to transform their agriculture from conventional farming to growing more sustainably. They help farmers to use more environmentally friendly, but also socially and economically sustainable, cultivation methods. For example, it is about reducing the use of water, pesticides and moving from artificial to natural fertilizers.

All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days after you received your order. This applies on all returns worldwide (including reduced items). Please read more about our return policy here.
RETURN OPTIONS
Remember that you always need to register your return online, regardless on what courier that you use. Click on the link here. Log in by using your email and your order number (6 digits) and then follow the steps. Please note that we have a 14 days return policy so your order must be registered and sent/picked up by courier within 14 days from the time that the package was received / delivered to you in order for the return to be approved. Otherwise the return will no longer be possible to register online and we can therefore not accept the return.
Remember that you do not have to return your package with the same shipping method that you chose upon delivery.
