All customers have from now 14 days from receiving their order to return or report damaged items. You can read more about this under "Returns, exchanges and money-back guarantee".

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. We recommend you to carefully read through your order confirmation and save it for future contact. By Malina is not responsible for incorrect personal information that might lead to problems with delivery, or other issues. If there are any typing mistakes or other errors, we recommend you contact our customer service immediately.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
Every product is shown including tax. You can find the total price including delivery fees in the shopping cart. Our partner PayPal guarantees that every purchase will be safe and that your card information is protected with 3D-secure. In Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, UK and US customers also have the option to pay with Klarna. Your delivery note, i.e. receipt, will be sent to you with your order. Please note, payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. Please see the Customs and Duties section if ordering from a non-EU country.

Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. Direct bank transfer:
Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.

Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. DELIVERY
You will receive a delivery confirmation and tracking number by e-mail as soon as we ship your order.


Sweden: 1-4 business days 
. Norway: 1-6 business days. Outside of Sweden within EU: 1-7 business days.  Outside of EU & rest of the world: 2-9 business days. For your specific delivery plan please see estimated time at checkout. These delivery times does not include any delays that might happen with your delivery courier. Please allow additional time for delivery during SALE periods. All our deliveries are made by DHL Freight and DHL Express, PostNord, BudBee and Airmee. You will receive a notice by e-mail and/or text-message when the order is ready to be shipped and once your order is delivered at your nearest DHL & PostNord pick-up point. Our couriers will always try to deliver at your nearest pick-up point, if it’s possible. If your package will be delivered to your door it normally requires your signature.
All orders over 1999SEK in Sweden are free and on other orders the freight cost starts at 39SEK, depending on which delivery method you choose. The home delivery service is also available in the rest of the world, and the freight cost starts at 9€.

For everyone's safety, for all deliveries made by Budbee, they follow the "no contact" policy in all their deliveries, which means that they leave your package outside the door. They also offer extra good hand hygiene and their drivers always use plastic gloves.

An order that has not been picked up by the service point after receiving a notification or if our courier's not are able to reach you for the delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse and By Malina has the right to issue a penalty of 150 SEK.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
When ordering from a non-EU country the tax is deducted from the total order value. This does not include Norway, UK, US and Switzerland. Read below for shipping details. An additional cost will be issued the customer when it has arrived at the destination. When you buy a product from us from a non-EU country you effectively become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as VAT payments, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties in these cases. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we advise you to contact your local customs office.

NORWEGIAN, UK, US & SWITZERLAND ORDERS
We ship to Norway, UK, US & Switzerland on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price and order value. There will be no additional cost issued the customer when the package arrives at the destination.

BUY ONLINE PICK UP IN STORE
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up. Photo ID and/or delivery note is required for store pickup, courier needs both IDs. An order that hasn’t been picked up within 14 days will be annulled, and the payment of choice will be credited within 30 days.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE OR LOST IN TRANSIT
All products from By Malina are insured against theft and damage while the package is in transit between By Malina and your shipping address. It is therefore important that you promptly report any damage or lost goods to us at:  Customer Service. If the package is damaged or fractured, please immediately notify the carrier and our customer service. Once you have signed for/received your package it will not be covered by our insurance. 


PRODUCT INFORMATION
Please have in mind that we can’t guarantee that our photos will reproduce the exact same true appearance of the product. We are doing our best to get as accurate products shots as possible. Note that all prints are hand printed and the pattern placement will be unique on each garment. By Malina shall have no liability in case products are sold out, nor for image or typographical errors on the website, inaccurate prices and incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock. The customer will be informed in these cases through e-mail.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, COMPLAINTS AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
All customers have 14 days from receiving their order to return or report damaged items. Failure to comply with this return policy will mean that the return is only accepted at our discretion. Please note that it's your responsible to contact customer service in time for receiving a waybill or other guidelines regarding returns. Items must be returned in mint condition and unused with all tags still attached and in the orginal box. If you choose to return your ordered items in a different package we can charge you for that. All items that is delivered with a hanger must be returned with the hanger. This applies on all returns worldwide. Please note that any perfume, make-up or deodorant stains on the product means that we cannot accept a return or an exchange, so please be careful when you try the items. By Malina has the rights to refuse returns not meeting these requirements or issue a penalty of 150 SEK. All returns must be made within 14 days after you received your order. Normally, we refund your purchase within 14 days. In individual cases it may take up to 30 days which is the maximum time according to consumer law.

Please note that the return fee on all orders within Sweden is 49 SEK on both sale and ordinary prices and outside Sweden the return fee starts at 9 EUR on both sale and ordinary prices.
For returns including any bridal products the return fee is 99 SEK within Sweden and outside Sweden the return fee is 13 EUR on our Essential bridal products and 20 EUR our Iconic bridal dresses, please see general terms & conditions for Bridal below.

All returns must have a prepaid waybill with a valid tracking number for us to accept it.

•For returns within Sweden with Postnord, please use the pre-printed and pre-paid return waybill and drop it of at the same pickup point as you collected the package. The return cost will be deducted on your credit.

•For returns within Sweden with DHL Home delivery, please use the pre-printed and pre-paid return waybill and contact DHL and they will arrange a pickup of your return since the waybill is not valid at your service point. For all DHL orders delivered to a service point, please use the pre-printetd and pre-paid return waybill and drop it of at the same pickup point as you collected the package. The return cost will be deducted on your credit.

•For returns on orders using Budbee as courier, please contact Budbee and they will arrange pickup of your return and they are in charge of bringing waybill. You can also book a return by following the direct link in the message you should have received after the delivery or easily book a return through here own app that you can download in Appstore. For orders using Budbee BOX please contact our customer service at info@bymalina.com and they will provide you with a pre-paid return waybill. The return cost will be deducted on your credit.

•For returns on orders using Airmee as courier, please contact Airmee and they will arrange pickup of your return and they are in charge of bringing waybill. You can also book a return by following the direct link in the message you should have received after the delivery. The return cost will be deducted on your credit.

•For returns from Norway, please contact Customer Service at info@bymalina.com to receive a waybill and a customs fee for return. The return cost will be deducted on your credit.

•For returns from UK, please contact Customer Service at info@bymalina.com to receive a waybill and a customs fee for return. The return cost will be deducted on your credit.

•For returns from EU, please contact Customer Service at info@bymalina.com to receive a waybill for return. The return cost will be deducted on your credit.

•For international returns, please contact Customer Service at info@bymalina.com to receive a waybill for return. The return cost will be deducted on your credit.

If you have paid customs for the import of the product you return, you have the right to claim this cost from the responsible executor.

You can also choose to return your items in By Malina Flagship store on Humlegårdsgatan 14 in Stockholm.

For any complaints regarding our products please contact ur customer service at info@bymalina.com and they will advise you how to proceed.

Once the complained product has been returned and the complaint has been approved, By Malina will compensate you in use with current consumer protection legislation. By Malina strives for this to take place within 30 days after receiving the complaint, but this may take longer depending on the product. By Malina reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, By Malina follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board.

FORCE MAJEURE

By Malina is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements. If you receive a gift card or voucher from By Malina, it is valid 1 year from the receiving date if nothing else is agreed or stated. By Malina Gift Card can not be returned. All vouchers used at bymalina.com do not apply for any sale items or for total order value over 10.000 SEK/1000 EUR.

For returns including any bridal products the return fee is 99 SEK within Sweden and outside Sweden the return fee is 13 EUR on our Essential bridal products and 20 EUR our Iconic bridal dresses, which will be deducted on your credit. Please see general terms & conditions for Bridal below. For Bridal gowns in stock, the delivery period is 2-4 days within Sweden. For preorder gowns the delivery time is 6-8 weeks.
