STEP 1: READ ONLINE RETURN POLICY

All customers have 14 days from receiving their order to report a return of the products, By Malina counts calendar days meaning that Saturday and Sunday are included. If your order should be divided into several deliveries, the withdrawal period begins to count from the date when you received the last item/items in your order. Failure to comply with this return policy will mean that the return is only accepted at our discretion.

Please note that it's your responsible to register your return online within your return period of 14 days, counted from the day that you collect or receives the order. If you do not have the possibility to register the return, please note that you must contact us att [email protected] within 14 days. This applies on all returns worldwide.

STEP 2: REGISTER YOUR RETURN

To register your return, click HERE. Log in by using your email and your order number and then follow the steps. Do keep in mind that the amount you may pay for freight while placing your order will not be refunded in case of a return. Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

• The item/s were purchased from By Malina online.

• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.

• All tags are still attached.

• Your order will be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from you receiving your order.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to By Malina without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.

STEP 3: PACK & RETURN YOUR PARCEL

Print out the waybill that you have received or for some couriers, you can have it printed at the service point. Make sure to always use our waybills and that the return waybill is attached and visible on the outside of the parcel. Return your parcel at any service point, depending on what courier you are using.

STEP 4: YOUR REFUND

Your return will be handled normally within 14 days after we receive it at our warehouse, but please be aware that we do have up to 30 days to handle every return so during busy periods the time period can be extended. Once your item has been received and processed by our team you will receive email notification of your refund.
