Product Developer

Malina is recruiting a Product Developer to join our production team in Stockholm. As a Product Developer, you will play a crucial role in our production process, responsible for developing products from inception to pre-production samples. You will handle sample management, fittings, quality checks, and provide instructions and feedback to our factories. You will report to the Head of Production.

* Order and deliver high-quality prototypes, salesman samples (SMS), and pre-production samples (PPS) on time.
* Meet deadlines and communicate key dates to cross-functional teams.
* Ensure products meet customer and brand standards.
* Attend fittings, provide input to ensure the best quality and fit, and follow up with suppliers on feedback.
* Maintain and build positive working relationships with all manufacturers. Negotiate costs, lead times, and technical aspects to ensure the design vision is maintained.
* Assist in planning purchases based on previous sales and goals.
* Update product information in our PLM system, Delogue, to ensure accuracy throughout the development process.
* Compile product information for import into our business system.
* Measure and check samples against specifications.

Your Profile:
* At least three years of experience as a product developer in retail.
* Degree in textiles, purchasing, or product development.
* Proficient in Office, especially Excel, Adobe programs, and PLM systems.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Structured work approach and proactive.
* Excellent organizational skills.

Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy. You will ensure our products are presented according to our brand’s standards, visual identity and graphic guidelines, elevating Malina ́s social media presence by curating captivating and visually striking content to engage our audiences. You will also develop innovative storytelling strategies to attract new audiences globally. You will manage new social media channels, to support new focus markets during the upcoming years. The Social Media Specialist will report to the Brand and Marketing Director

 The role
* Manage all Social Media Channels, both Malina and Malina Bridal and have full responsibility of publishing content sevens days a week including all channels - Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Facebook
* Community engagement: foster meaningful interactions with our online communities, responding to comments, messages and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
* Content sourcing and creation: collaborate with our Graphic Designer to create compelling content, sourcing and selecting assets for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and paid social media. Work with content of storytelling, event and profiles/influencers, styling reels, videos etc.
* Content planning: create and manage a Social Media content calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with the audience and aligns with the brand’s messa-ging, marketing plan and key markets.
* Strategy development: develop and implement data-driven social media strategies aligned with Malinas marketing goals and target audience for current and new markets.
* Manage and develop new Social Media Channels tools to attract new focus markets the upcoming years
* Audience & Trend analysis: conduct in-depth audience research to understand demographics, preferences and behavior, as well as stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and social media platform updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Competitor analysis: monitor competitor activities on social media and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement
* Work closely with our PR department, assist with influencers and profiles communication, follow-up, analysis, and collaborations.
* Platform management: oversee and utilize analytics tools to track KPI’s and other metrics, generating reports and insights in multiple social media accounts

Your profile
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role.
* Your background includes successfully navigating the complexities of entering and developing new markets, particularly in regions like the USA, UK, Germany and Asia.
* A degree in Marketing or other relevant field would be beneficial.
* A passion for social media and experience driving strong results within a high-performing brand and marketing team.
* An understanding of analytics tools such as Meta and Google Analytics and how these can inform content strategy and deliver the best return on investment (ROI)
* Knowledge of developments in digital publishing and an interest in finding new ways to reach target audiences through visual storytelling.

About the Position:
You will be employed on an as-needed basis, meaning the warehouse team leader will send requests for work shifts when necessary. Your tasks will involve a combination of customer service and warehouse work.

Customer Service:
Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat.

Warehouse Duties:
Picking and packing orders, handling returns, and other daily tasks.

We prefer someone who is easy-going, flexible, and has a positive attitude, with a passion for customer service and the ability to work well in a team.
