3.1 IN ORDER TO MAKE A PURCHASE
We will retain your personal data until the purchase is fulfilled and fully complete (this includes delivery and payment) and for 36 months thereafter in order to handle eventual complaint and/or guarantee matters.
The retention of your personal data is necessary for us in order to fullfil our commitments in accordance with the purchase agreement. If personal data can not be given, we will not be able to fullfil our commitments and therefore the purchase will be denied.

The handling is necessary for us in order to accommodate our and your interests to manage costumer support matters, until the customer support matter have been completed.

The direct marketing dispatches are received by persons who themselves registered through application for newsletters or if the person have had direct contact with employee at Malina AB.

Voyado will not transfer Personal Data to any third party. Personal Data shall only be processed in a country that has an adequate level of protection or special safeguards protecting the Personal Data and the rights of the data subject (e.g. within the EU/EEA).
5. WHERE DO WE TREAT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We aim to treat your personal data within EU/ESS. In some cases we may be forced to transfer the information to a land outside of EU/ESS, given that there are legal grounds for it.
6. HOW LONG DO WE SAVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Malina retains your personal data for as long as it is necessary to the purpose and for as long as there are legal grounds for the purpose.
7. HOW DO WE HANDLE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS?
When you are completing a purchase at Malina AB and choose to pay with Klarna, you will be asked to type in your social security number. When and if you choose to pay with Klarna at Malina and have to type in your social security number, it is sent directly to Klarna. Malina does not treat or store your social security number, even though it is being typed in to Malinas website.
8. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW DO WE USE THEM?
