Sweden: 7-10 business days . Norway: 7-10 business days. Outside of Sweden within EU: 7-10 business days. Outside of EU & rest of the world: 7-10 business days. For your specific delivery plan please see estimated time at checkout. These delivery times does not include any delays that might happen with your delivery courier. As a rule, the Purchaser has the possibility to cancel the order in case of longer delivery delays. If you wish to do so, please contact customer support.
All deliveries are made by PostNord (DPD), DHL, Instabox, Budbee, Schenker. There is a time frame estimation available for each delivery option at checkout, which shows an approximation of how long each delivery option would take to arrive. This is only an approximation, since the freight is carried out by third parties it is not something that can be guaranteed by us. Please allow additional time for delivery during SALE periods.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days after you received your order. This applies on all returns worldwide (including reduced items). Please read more about our return policy here.
Remember that you always need to register your return online, regardless on what courier that you use. Click on the link here. Log in by using your email and your order number (6 digits) and then follow the steps. Please note that we have a 14 days return policy so your order must be registered and sent/picked up by courier within 14 days from the time that the package was received / delivered to you in order for the return to be approved. Otherwise the return will no longer be possible to register online and we can therefore not accept the return.
Remember that you do not have to return your package with the same shipping method that you chose upon delivery.

Or shipping cost starts at 39 SEK/ 4€, depending on which delivery method you choose. The home delivery service is also available in the rest of the world, and the freight cost starts at 9€. Do keep in mind that the return fee for Malina Bridal orders starts at 149 SEK within Sweden and outside 149 DKK, 199 NOK, 25 EUR, 30 USD.
For everyone's safety, for all deliveries made by Budbee, they follow the "no contact" policy in all their deliveries, which means that they leave your package outside the door. If ordering with Budbee you automatically agree to their terms.
An order that has not been picked up by the service point after receiving a notification or if our courier's not are able to reach you for the delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse and Malina has the right to issue a penalty cost.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
When ordering from a non-EU country the tax is deducted from the total order value. This does not include Norway, UK, US and Switzerland. Read below for shipping details. An additional cost will be issued the customer when it has arrived at the destination. When you buy a product from us from a non-EU country you effectively become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as VAT payments, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties in these cases. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
NORWEGIAN, UK US & SWITZERLAND ORDERS
We ship to Norway, US & Switzerland on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price and order value. There will be no additional cost issued the customer when the package arrives at the destination.
