What do you like most about the Fall 23 collection from Malina?
I love the shapes. I love the big sleeves with the long silhouettes. Really showcases your figure without too much fuss.

It's a late summer evening in the warmth of the end of August. What are your top three places for dinner and drinks in London?
180 Strand Soho House for drinks on the rooftop. There is also a live band on Fridays which really brings the place to life. Rochelle Canteen in Shoreditch is so lovely for a warm summer night. It’s in a courtyard which you need to ring a bell to get in. Sessions Arts Club is great in any season.
For all of these I would wear the Alize maxi dress in Poppy print with the Celina oversized blazer in Blue Check.

What has been the most surprising aspect of living in London?
How much I would miss it when I’m away! I love living in a big city but I wasn’t expecting to miss it when I travel, especially when weather can be so draining in London.

What are the key elements in building a capsule wardrobe that’s not boring?
A long maxi dress works so well with both a formal or non-formal environments and its incredibly versatile. I love wearing it with a long robe coat or a blazer then being able to wear it to a wedding too. I love the Valerie maxi silk dress, to style it with either high heels or flats for a more non-formal feel.
Combining it with the Zoey blouse in greige to really enhance the colours of the dress.

You just RSVP’d to a late summer wedding with a dress code of Black Tie - what piece would you choose and how would you style it?
Great big statement earrings, a big, beautiful blow out, some sparkly heels and the iconic Carmine maxi dress.

What’s your best advice for desk-to-dinner styling?
A blazer thrown over a maxi dress is the most versatile. Otherwise, we can also wear the shorter dresses in winter with high boots.

How do you take care of your clothes to keep them alive for a lifetime?
For my dresses, I keep them in garment bags. I lend out a lot of my dresses too to ensure that they’re being worn. Dresses are meant to be worn and loved.

During the warmer months, which items of clothing are your must-have summer essentials?
The utilisation of jackets really helps. Or changing the footwear to suit the different seasons. I would love to also try belting the choice of dress.
