CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – FULL TIME

Mandaley is looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded colleague to join our Customer Service team. You will be part of a tight-knit team, supporting our two brands, Soft Goat and Malina, and acting as the primary voice for our customers. You will report to the Customer Service Team Lead. 

As a member of our Customer Service team, you are the face of our brands. You will handle incoming customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. The role also involves administrative tasks and investigative support cases, where you independently find solutions. 

Your main responsibilities include: 
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone 
- Providing professional and personal service that exceeds expectations 
- Managing administrative tasks and support cases, such as returns and claims 
- Working closely with the team to deliver a best in class customer experience 

We are looking for someone who:  
- Has previous experience in customer service (luxury or fashion preferred) 
- Is solution-oriented, service-minded, and adaptable 
- Experience with help desk systems and e-commerce platforms. Zendesk, Centra and InReturn experience is of merit 
- Is fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English 
- Thrives in a role where you take initiative and work independently

MANDALEY is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team in Stockholm. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager. 

 Responsibilities  
- Act as an ambassador for SOFT GOAT & MALINA. 
- Deliver excellent service to customers.
- Create and maintain long-term relationships. 
- Work individually and as part of a team to execute efficient workflows and reach sales targets. 
- Merchandising and styling. 
- Plan and execute daily store operations.

PRODUCTION INTERN

Are you studying purchasing, textile economics, or a similar field and eager to gain insight into the world of Malina? We are currently looking for a new Production Intern who is available for at least 3 months, preferably 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of Malina’s production team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the fashion industry. The internship is based at our headquarters in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with production instructions and measurement lists
- Help measure and check samples against specifications
- Support the production team with monitoring and delivery control of PPS
- Attend and assist at fittings, and follow up with suppliers
- Ensure our fabric archives are up to date
- Communicate with suppliers regarding care labels
- Label and organize samples
- Keep all collection boards updated
- Help create articles in our systems
- Update packing manuals for suppliers when needed
- Update information on care labels, hangtags, and neck labels when needed
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Assist the production team with daily tasks
- Perform other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
- Available for at least 3 months, preferably 6 months
- Currently studying and completing an internship (LIA) in purchasing, product development, design, or similar
- Proficient in Excel
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Enjoys performing administrative tasks
- Quick to learn new systems
- Data-driven and digitally skilled (analytical and comfortable interpreting information and data)

E-COMMERCE INTERN

Are you studying digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar field and eager to gain insight into Malina’s growing e-commerce business? We are currently looking for a new E-commerce Intern who is available for at least 3 months, preferably 6 months. The internship is based at our headquarters in Stockholm.

What you’ll do during your internship
Together with the e-commerce team, you’ll gain insight into and assist with the operational and administrative work related to the website and Malina’s digital channels — driving traffic, optimizing the site, and achieving online sales goals.

- Manage and ensure that the product catalog is updated with accurate information and coordinate digital assets such as e-com images, packshots, and campaign visuals
- Assist in campaign and activation set ups
- Gain insight into our SEO processes — for example, writing and publishing content on the website with a focus on engaging and inspiring articles, as well as SEO-optimized product descriptions
- Based on the marketing plan, actively work on making the website visually appealing and optimizing product placement

Personal Qualities:

- Quick to learn and comfortable with new systems
- Organized, with strong coordination skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Enjoys administrative tasks
- A flair for creative writing and visual design
